Returns & Refunds
At Sorrels & Silver, every piece is handmade with care. Because natural stones are unique, variations in color, pattern, and appearance are part of their natural beauty.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in new condition.
- You must contact Sorrels & Silver before sending your return.
- Items must be received back within the 14-day return period.
Approved returns are eligible for either store credit or a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please review product photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, including its size, weight, or stone, please contact me before ordering. Natural stones may vary from what appears on your screen.
Every effort is made to create high-quality, functional pieces. If there is a structural problem or workmanship defect, please contact me as soon as possible with photos so I can make it right.
Damage caused by extreme wear, accidents, improper care, or alterations is not considered a defect.
